Arizona 34, Oregon 7 - Wildcats #2 in polls, #1 in BCS
Eugene, OR - The Arizona Wildcats have clinched the Pac Ten for the first time in school history! They beat Oregon 34-7 on Saturday in a game that had upset written all over it. In the first half, Oregon moved the ball extremely well, and completely shut down Arizona's passing attack...but late in the 2nd quarter, Brandon Tatum picked off a pass and returned it for a TD. Arizona never looked back.
AJ Simmons set the Wildcats school record with five, FIVE, sacks all coming in the second half, including three in one memorable series.
The game was so good that Arizona got their first ever ESPN The Magazine Cover...hoorah...
Now we move on to the national stage.
#1 Miami (12-0) Beat Virginia, only have to play the ACC championship game
#2 Arizona (11-0), has to play ASU, no championship game. Thankfully a tough non conference schedule should save them.
and now the real screwjob begins.
#3 Alabama (12-0) beat Auburn and now just has the SEC Championship Game
#4 Louisville (11-0) has to play LA Tech
#17 Florida Atlantic (10-0) with only Northwestern Standing in the way!

Emerald Bowl - still FAU v. Akron
Sun Bowl - Washington v. Notre Dame - such a Myles matchup...only Washington v. Michigan State could be more of a Myles game...
Alamo Bowl - Oklahoma v. Ohio State in what would be the biggest Alamo bowl ever...
Louisville would play in the Orange Bowl v. Penn State, and Alabama would play in the Sugar against USC...that sucks...they should play each other if they finish undefeated....that would be sweet...
and now...Arizona State is all that stands between the Wildcats and a perfect season, a shot at the national title, and finally, some respect...the game will be played tomorrow morning and nerves are running very high....
